Activities
The seven days activity programme envisaged a mix of reflection sessions, role-plays, best practices, outdoor activities and a photo contest concluded with the realization of an exhibition.
Each activity contributed to the achievement of the objectives of the project by way of the participants gained specific knowledge, skills and attitudes.
The work methods were different: group facilitation techniques and methodologies like ice breakers, focus group, brainstorming, problem solving, analysis of objectives and SWOT analysis.
